Clear balloon with the picture of your choice in a small flower box. Balloon can be decorated with rhinestones. Feathers or small flowers can be put inside the balloon. The color for feathers and confetti will match the flower color in the box, unless any customizations are made.
 
The arrangement comes with a clear plastic medallion, attached to the box. You can put your custom writing there.
